Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in program management or digital delivery in global organizations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Operations or ability to quickly learn the domain.
• Experience delivering innovation or technology-enabled change with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills to drive adoption.

Aufgaben

• Oversee planning, execution, delivery, and reporting across the GCO AI portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio progress, risks, and milestones to support decision-making.
• Deliver portfolio reporting and insights using KPIs and metrics.
• Maintain an integrated AI roadmap with Product Owners and Platform Leads.
• Coordinate governance, intake, prioritization, risk assessment, compliance, and approvals.
• Support adoption of self-service, low-code AI solutions.
• Lead change management, communications, training, and launch readiness.
• Apply program management practices including value tracking and benefits realization.
