Abbott in Basel, Switzerland, seeks a Senior HR Analyst – People & Workforce Analytics to transform workforce data into strategic insights. You will partner with HR leaders across functions to drive talent decisions using SQL, Python/R, and Power BI.

We require 5+ years in People Analytics, a strong data-pipelines background, and fluent English; a master’s is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Basel HQ.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related HR domain field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience applying statistical methods in workforce contexts and executive communication.
• Fluent English; collaboration with senior HR leadership and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Deliver data-driven workforce insights across key people metrics, translating analyses into clear recommendations.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, and cloud platforms.
• Apply statistical and predictive analytics using Python and/or R to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with senior HR leadership to solve workforce challenges through data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and speed to insight.
• Incorporate external benchmarks and labor market insights to contextualize findings.
• Connect analytical outputs to workforce priorities such as planning, scenario modelling, and HR investment decisions.
