Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related HR domain field.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics and statistical modeling.

Aufgaben

• Deliver data-driven workforce insights across key people metrics, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms.
• Apply statistical and predictive analytics using Python and/or R to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with senior HR leadership (Divisional Vice Presidents, Senior HR Directors) to solve workforce challenges through data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, Generative AI and automated analytics platforms) to improve efficiency and speed to insight.
• Incorporate external benchmarks and labor market insights to contextualize workforce analytics findings.
• Connect analytical outputs to strategic workforce priorities such as workforce planning, Scenario modelling, and HR investment decisions.
