EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Data Applications) in the broader Zurich area, Switzerland, in a hybrid work setup.

You will drive requirements governance across Data Services domains, bridging business and technical teams to align platforms, BI, integration, and infrastructure with strategic priorities. The role requires 8+ years in business analysis, senior leadership experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of business analysis experience, including senior/lead capacity
• Proven track record handling multi-domain requirements on data/platform projects
• Expertise in governance and traceability across large-scale programs
• Strong senior stakeholder management and negotiation with leadership
• Experience using GenAI tools for requirement management
• Mentor BA teams and establish governance processes
• Knowledge of data domains and data platforms
• Agile/Scrum coaching background and regulatory/compliance familiarity

Aufgaben

• Own requirements strategy and governance across Data Services domains (Platform, Applications, BI, Infrastructure, Integration)
• Lead complex discovery sessions with business stakeholders and leadership
• Review and approve user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensure requirement traceability and assess change impacts
• Facilitate workshops to resolve conflicting requirements
• Mentor and guide a team of BAs, defining standards and best practices
• Advise Program Management and Data Architects on priorities and trade-offs
