Michael Page International is seeking a senior payroll operations professional for a 6-month temporary assignment in Switzerland. The role covers end-to-end payroll delivery, data integrity, and compliance across international payroll processes.

You will drive HRIS enhancements, collaborate with HR tech teams, and manage relationships with external payroll providers while ensuring strong controls and accurate reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Universities or business schools with HR/Finance focus preferred.
• Payroll qualification or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.
• Review payroll outputs, reconciliations, validations and audit documentation.
• Maintain robust payroll controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as a key stakeholder for HRIS and payroll system enhancements and testing.
• Collaborate with HR tech teams to optimize payroll processes in Workday.
• Ensure payroll data integrity through validation and quality-control measures.
• Analyze payroll and workforce data to identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Liaise with external payroll providers and partners to ensure service levels.
• Provide senior payroll advisory on complex payroll, compensation and leave management.
