Idorsia Ltd is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for Switzerland and EU&I to manage end-to-end payroll with external providers and in-house review at HQ. The role emphasizes payroll accounting, reconciliations, and collaboration with Finance and HR in a multinational setting.

The candidate will coordinate payroll across markets, validate monthly outputs, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Hybrid work with home-office options is available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience in multi-country environments.
• Strong expertise in payroll accounting, including GL postings and reconciliations.
• Fluent English; German or other languages are an asset.
• Experience with external payroll providers and system integrations.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate payroll activities for assigned markets with external providers.
• Review monthly payroll outputs and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Conduct monthly payroll reviews and in-house processing at HQ.
• Manage invoices and payment tracking for providers and affiliates.
• Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations (Balance Sheet and P&L).
• Serve as the first contact for payroll queries and partner with HR & Finance.
• Ensure payroll reporting alignment, including forecasts and accruals.
• Support year-end tasks and statutory reporting.
• Drive process improvements, standardization and automation.
• Assist with payroll implementations and migrations to new countries/entities.
