Jobgether is seeking a Senior Game Designer based in Switzerland for a fully remote role in a creative product-driven environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer on mobile projects.
• Experience with free-to-play, casual or mid-core games.
• Strong understanding of core loops and meta loops.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant games and projects.
• Basic Unity proficiency.
• Experience using AI tools to support design research.

Responsibilities

• Gameplay and meta systems: design, develop, and evolve core gameplay and meta systems.
• Progression and economy: define and optimize progression systems and in-game economies.
• System integration: build meaningful connections between game systems.
• Documentation: create and maintain GDDs and feature specs.
• Feature ownership: lead features from concept through launch and analysis.
• Hypothesis testing: develop hypotheses and participate in A/B testing.
• Data-driven design: use analytics to guide decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Producers, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Analysts, Artists.
• Implementation reviews: ensure alignment with original design intent.
• AI-enabled workflows: use AI tools for research and prototyping.
