Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Security / DevOps / IT Specialist (Game Development) in Switzerland. You will own IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps in an international game development setting, safeguarding assets and enabling distributed teams with automated, reliable operations.

You will shape security standards, optimize cloud and endpoints, and lead continuous improvement across the studio. This is a long-term, flexible role emphasizing ownership and collaboration with artists,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in IT infrastructure, security operations, DevOps, or related field.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, IAM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management.
• Experience with enterprise identity and device management environments (e.g., M365, Entra ID, Intune).
• Experience managing Windows-based workstations and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, backup/disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Scripting/automation expertise (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and secure system administration.
• Ability to work independently and own problems end-to-end.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, operations, cloud services, and remote collaboration environments.
• Manage identity, access permissions, device policies, and endpoint security across the org.
• Develop and maintain information security policies to protect assets and IP.
• Implement monitoring, backups, DR processes, and support security audits.
• Streamline operations via scripting, automation, and secure build environments.
• Monitor health of infrastructure, investigate incidents, and drive reliability improvements.
• Document technical processes and continuously improve security standards.
