PM Group is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to drive the delivery of a pharmaceutical facility in Switzerland. Lead coordination and execution of MEP systems, ensuring robust, reliable solutions for high-availability environments.

You will interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, guiding design through commissioning and handover with a focus on technical excellence and energy efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or higher engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5–10 years in MEP project management or engineering in pharma/life science.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services systems.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder environments and complex projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead MEP delivery across life science construction projects.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Develop and coordinate MEP technical solutions (electrical, mechanical, cooling).
