agap2 Switzerland seeks an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead complex renovation and fit-out projects on site in Switzerland. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or a related field, plus several years of site management experience in Switzerland and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Bauleiter in Switzerland (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing complex interior fit-out, office, life sciences, or high-tech construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedule, quality, and cost management.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage and coordinate renovation and construction projects on site.
• Plan, monitor, and control all construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, technical specifications, and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to project management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support commissioning, inspections, final acceptance, and successful project handover.
