Exyte is seeking a senior leader to take overall responsibility for Building Services execution on complex projects in Switzerland. You will lead subcontractors, specialist planners, and internal teams, ensuring compliant implementation in line with standards and GMP requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in Building Services Construction Management, strong technical expertise, and excellent German and English communication skills. Travel within Switzerland is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
• At least 15 years of professional experience in Building Services Construction Management
• Strong technical expertise in Building Services disciplines (industrial / building technology)
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma/Biotech) is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Excellent German and English language skills

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for the Building Services execution in complex projects
• Leadership of subcontractors, specialist planners, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliant implementation according to applicable standards and GMP requirements
• Schedule, cost, risk, and quality management
• Leading variation order and claim negotiations
• Regular reporting to the project management and construction management teams
