Zusammenfassung

EFOR Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Expert to lead capital investment projects for biopharma facilities in Visp, onsite five days a week. You will drive input for engineering, qualification and maintenance, act as future Head of Plant Engineering during early phases, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient operations.

This role requires BSc in related field and fluent English and German, with a strong track record in biomedical

Qualifikationen

BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation engineering.
Proficiency in English and German.
Strong leadership with cross-functional alignment.
Experience leading complex engineering and maintenance in a biopharma environment.
Technical expert in engineering, maintenance and financial processes.

Aufgaben

Lead engineering and maintenance projects for biopharma facilities.
Interface between investment engineering and operations; input for utilities.
Deliver inputs for engineering and qualification tools for construction and qualification.
Implement maintenance strategy with cost-efficient preventive and predictive maintenance.
Collaborate with Operations Heads to set up org and headcount ramp-up.
Drive design ambitions with innovation and cost considerations.
Support GMP and safety risk assessments and culture of continuous improvement.
Member of the Site Plant Engineering Leadership Team.
