Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Strong experience with SolidWorks 3D and EPDM.
• Experience with thermal simulations and thermal management.
• Experience on complex systems with mechanical, electrical, and RF integration.
• Background in aerospace/defense or advanced industrial applications.
• Knowledge of ANSYS Mechanical, Discovery, Icepak, or Mathcad is a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Own the mechanical development lifecycle from requirements to integration.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, RF, and Systems teams.
• Define work packages, manage risks, and ensure technical documentation.
• Apply DFM, DFA and Quality by Design principles during development.
• Support manufacturing readiness and supplier collaboration for industrialization.
