You hold a Master’s in RF engineering and bring 10+ years in RF/Microwave roles in aerospace/defense, with hands‑on lab experience, proficiency in HFSS/CST and Keysight ADS, and solid English

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of RF/Microwave engineering experience in aerospace, telecommunications, defense, or space.
• Strong expertise in RF circuit design (LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, phase shifters, attenuators, couplers, T/R modules).
• Experience with phased array antennas and beamforming techniques.
• Proficiency with HFSS, CST, Keysight ADS and RF PCB design constraints.

Aufgaben

• Own RF development lifecycle for complex antenna subsystems from architecture to validation and production transfer.
• Perform RF design, simulations, prototyping, testing, and optimization of Ka-Band phased array antennas.
• Lead RF board/module bring-up, calibration, and documentation for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with System, Hardware, Mechanical, and Software teams and participate in design reviews.
• Support DFx, manufacturing readiness, and resolution of field or production issues.
