Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development within high-tech industries.
• Strong expertise with SolidWorks 3D and EPDM.
• Experience with thermal simulations and thermal management solutions.
• Experience integrating mechanical, electrical and RF in complex systems.
• Background designing products for harsh or highly regulated environments such as aerospace, defense, or advanced industrial applications.
• Knowledge of ANSYS Mechanical, Discovery, Icepak or Mathcad is a strong asset.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop mechanical subsystems for complex electromechanical products.
• Define mechanical architecture and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Perform mechanical and thermal simulations to optimize product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, RF, and Systems teams for integration.
• Support prototype assembly, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Define work packages and support project planning and execution.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate engineering solutions effectively.
