You will own hardware architecture, analog/digital design, PCB stack-ups, and validation, collaborating across Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing to deliver reliable, highly regulated products.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or engineering degree in Electronics or related field.
• 8+ years of hardware electronics design experience.
• Proven experience owning complete development of complex boards.
• Strong background in analog and digital electronics.
• Excellent knowledge of Altium Designer.
• Experience defining PCB stack-ups and routing rules.
• Solid experience in hardware validation, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge of switching power supplies (Buck, Flyback, LLC).
• Experience working with FPGA-based hardware integration (HDL not required).
• Understanding EMI/EMC constraints.
• Experience in Aerospace/Space/Defense or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Define the hardware architecture of complex electronic boards.
• Design analog and digital schematics and select components.
• Define PCB stack-ups and routing constraints.
• Supervise PCB layout activities in collaboration with layout engineers.
• Perform hardware bring-up and board validation.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
• Participate in qualification and verification campaigns.
• Ensure successful product validation prior to production release.
• Collaborate with Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, Thermal and Manufacturing teams.
• Support manufacturing and industrialization with DFMA.
