Enova Group seeks a Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer to join our international R&D team in Lausanne. You will design and develop complex embedded electronic hardware for next-generation satellite communication systems, collaborating across Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing disciplines.

The role emphasizes hardware architecture, analog/digital design, PCB stack-ups, validation, and DFx practices.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or engineering degree in Electronics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in hardware electronics design.
• Proven track record owning complete development of complex boards.
• Strong background in analog and digital electronics.
• Experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC constraints and high-reliability environments.
• Experience with FPGA-based hardware integration (HDL not required).
• Experience in aerospace, space, defense, or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Define the hardware architecture of complex electronic boards.
• Design analog and digital schematics.
• Select components based on system requirements.
• Define PCB stack-ups and routing constraints.
• Supervise PCB layout activities with layout engineers.
• Perform hardware bring-up, validation, and root cause analysis.
• Support manufacturing with DFx and production ramp.
• Collaborate with Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing teams.
