Enova in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer to join an international R&D team. You will lead hardware design for embedded boards, collaborate with Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, and Thermal engineers, and ensure robust validation and manufacturing readiness.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electronics and at least 8 years of experience in complex electronics, with strong analog/digital expertise and Altium Designer proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electronics or a related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of hardware electronics design experience.
• Experience owning the complete development of complex electronic boards.
• Strong background in analog and digital electronics.

Aufgaben

• Hardware Design: define architecture, create analog and digital schematics, select components, specify PCB stackups, and supervise layout.
• Validation & Qualification: bring-up, debugging, and RCA; support qualification campaigns and production readiness.
• Manufacturing Support: collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams; apply DFM best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing teams; participate in reviews.
