Job summary

avec compétence GmbH in Zürich seeks a lead MAIT engineer to drive manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing in a high‑tech production environment. You will own manufacturability reviews, tooling development and process optimization.

You will plan, coordinate and review project work, act as MAIT interface to PM, and lead industrialization for new products. A strong engineering background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a complex manufacturing setting.
• Experience ideally in the space or aerospace sector.
• Hands-on mentality with a customer- and product-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
