Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a senior MAIT leader in Switzerland to drive manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing in a high‑tech production environment. You will own the integration concept, coordinate projects, and report status to project management while collaborating with design for manufacturability reviews.

With 7–10+ years in complex manufacturing, you bring leadership, hands‑on mindset and strong communication.

Qualifications

University degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
7–10+ years of hands-on engineering in a complex manufacturing setting.
Experience ideally in space or aerospace sectors.
Hands-on mentality with a customer- and product-oriented mindset.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and review project work in Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration & Testing.
Act as the MAIT interface to project management and report manufacturing status.
Own the integration and alignment concept and tooling development.
Support design for manufacturability and design-to-cost, attending design reviews.
Perform manufacturability reviews of part drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs.
Drive troubleshooting in production and act as first point of contact for technicians.
Lead industrialization efforts for new products and processes.
