Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a senior MAIT leader in Switzerland to drive manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing in a high‑tech production environment. You will own the integration concept, coordinate projects, and report status to project management while collaborating with design for manufacturability reviews.

With 7–10+ years in complex manufacturing, you bring leadership, hands‑on mindset and strong communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
• 7–10+ years of hands-on engineering in a complex manufacturing setting.
• Experience ideally in space or aerospace sectors.
• Hands-on mentality with a customer- and product-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and review project work in Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration & Testing.

What you bring

• Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it
