CTC Resourcing Solutions in Bern is seeking a Senior Manager Learning Solutions for a 6-month contract. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR, Talent Partners, and business leaders to align learning priorities with talent strategy and drive adoption of global programs.

You will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of scalable learning solutions, conduct needs assessments, apply adult learning principles, and create measurable experiences for global audiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business, psychology, ID, or related field.
• 4+ years managing cross-functional global projects with stakeholders and vendors.
• 7+ years in L&D, OD, HR, or workforce capability; strong intercultural skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted advisor to HR, Talent Partners, and business leaders.
• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of scalable learning solutions.
• Program-manage enterprise-wide learning initiatives with post-launch evaluation.
• Track KPIs such as learner engagement, adoption rates, and skill attainment.
