Qualifications

• Five+ years in instructional or learning experience design.
• Proven ability to craft enterprise and professional learning.
• Experience creating instructor-led content and materials.
• Experience coordinating with clients, SMEs, instructors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and tools for learning design.
• Familiarity with LMS and instructional authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning design from discovery to delivery.
• Define objectives, personas, scopes, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with sales, product, client success, and delivery teams.
• Assess audience readiness and define learning pathways.
• Design instructor-led experiences for AI, digital transformation, and leadership.
• Create presentations, facilitator guides, workbooks, labs, and case studies.
• Incorporate AI tools into learning activities.
• Translate complex concepts into accessible learning content.
• Apply adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
• Monitor industry trends and ensure content remains current.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and resources with SMEs and vendors.
• Prepare instructors with guides and troubleshooting materials.
• Adapt programs for enterprise, startups, and government clients.
• Collect impact data to improve content and outcomes.
• Coordinate localization for international audiences.
• Develop reusable learning components and templates.
