Job summary

Real is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning to design, deliver, and continuously improve global learning solutions that build workforce capability and support business growth.

You will partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to identify capability needs, design scalable programs, and manage enterprise initiatives from strategy through execution. Proficiency with Workday Learning and data analytics is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related areas.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise learning programs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading global initiatives.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.
• Experience with learning analytics and emerging technologies, including AI, is highly desirable.

• 7+ years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related areas.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise learning programs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading global initiatives.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.
• Strong communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Experience with learning analytics and emerging technologies, including AI, is highly desirable.
• Preferred:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPTD, SHRM, SPHR, PHR, ATD, or Prosci®.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation and organizational change initiatives.
  • Workday Learning experience.
