CSEM in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking a Group Leader Medical AI Solutions & IoMT with a strong track record in managing cross-disciplinary teams. You will define the technological roadmap for the Group, focusing on medical GenAI applications that leverage wearable solutions, IoMT and cloud software, and oversee budgets and project portfolios.

Qualifikationen

• Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with at least 10 years managing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in GenAI, cloud software, SaMD, SaaS, wearables, and medical devices.
• Experience in DevOps and big database engines (Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, data streaming, NoSQL/SQL).

Aufgaben

• Guide, manage and motivate a team of 7 engineers and scientists in digital health AI solutions, IoMT, cloud SW and connected medical technologies.
• Lead and manage the Group's business activities and project portfolio, shaping acquisition, negotiation, and balance.
• Define GenAI, IoMT and cloud SW roadmaps for digital health, monitor budgets and projects.
• Collaborate with other Groups and external partners in Switzerland and worldwide.
• Represent CSEM at events and contribute to growth through proposals and grants.
