• Harmonize various AI tools and initiatives into one company-wide approach.
• Design and roll out AI-driven workflows using agents, skills, and similar methods.
• Own the AI infrastructure (cloud and on-prem) from architecture to deployment.
• Advise projects on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions as internal AI reference.
• Vet externally sourced AI components before entering products or processes.
• Grow AI literacy across the organization through mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
