Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams across Switzerland, Romania, Germany and the United States, acting as an AI ambassador while aligning with business value and practical applications.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering or in a related field.
• Experience in liquid handling, robotics, clinical diagnostics, or life sciences is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into useful applications and workflows.

• Define and drive the AI integration into the portfolio across the product range.
• Identify customer needs and value drivers with ML/AI and translate into requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept to implementation through development stages.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D across Switzerland, Romania, Germany and the US.
• Serve as AI ambassador and internal advisor enabling teams to integrate AI.
