ELCA Informatique SA in Switzerland seeks a technical lead for Generative AI and AI/ML projects. You will guide end-to-end GenAI initiatives from business case to production, serving as architect and coach for the engineering team.

You will drive pre-sales, engage with clients, shape AI roadmaps, ensure governance and data sovereignty, mentor staff, and advance ELCA’s sovereign AI practice with cutting-edge tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in AI with a focus on Generative AI / LLMs, leading end-to-end GenAI projects.
• Hands-on experience architecting and delivering production-grade GenAI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI/LLM ecosystems and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and data integration for enterprise environments.
• Fluent in French and English; capable of engaging C-level and technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Take technical lead on end-to-end GenAI and AI/ML projects from business case to production.
• Architect GenAI solutions, guide teams, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide strategic GenAI consulting to clients, shaping roadmaps and risk considerations.
• Lead offers, pre-sales activities, and responses to tenders to grow ELCA’s AI practice.
• Mentor junior and senior data scientists and ML/GenAI engineers; drive knowledge sharing.
