Catalyx seeks a Senior Lab Automation & Digital Transformation Lead to on-site in Switzerland, bridging lab operations, automation, and IT. You will shape the digital lab strategy, align vendors, and drive scalable data integrations across LIMS, ELN, and SDMS.

The role requires deep experience with regulated labs, LabWare LIMS, and cross-functional collaboration with scientists, IT, and QA to deliver validated solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated labs with automation and digital transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience with lab systems, instrument integration, data flows and validation concepts.

• Lead digital transformation of on-site laboratory operations and automation initiatives.
• Define requirements for network architecture, LIMS/SDMS/ELN, data flows and integrations.
• Coordinate between scientists, IT, QA and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
