The role leads the global strategy and governance for process excellence, automation initiatives, and enterprise work management across a large, regulated environment.

You will own a portfolio of transformation programs, partner with senior leaders, and oversee the adoption of digital solutions to maximize enterprise value and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, technology, or related field.
• 10+ years’ progressive experience in process excellence, transformation, automation, enterprise work management, business operations, consulting, or program leadership.
• 7+ years’ experience leading cross-functional initiatives, transformation programs, platform-enabled operating model changes, or globally distributed teams.
