Catalyx seeks an experienced Sr. Lab Automation & Digital Laboratory Business Analyst / SME to advance digitalisation and automation of pharmaceutical laboratory operations in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in regulated lab environments with automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with lab systems and instrument integration (LIMS/ELN/SDMS) and data flows.
• Strong understanding of GxP, CSV/CSA, and 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11 expectations.
• Proven experience leading multi-vendor lab automation or digital transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Define network architecture, segmentation, and system integration requirements (LIMS/SDMS/ELN).
• Review architecture designs, interface documents, and specifications with vendors.
• Act as the primary client interface for vendor-partner collaborations.
• Map lab processes, data flows, and identify gaps for integration and automation.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and work with automation engineers.
