Capgemini Invent in Switzerland seeks a Director to shape and lead digital strategy and transformation programs for top-tier pharmaceutical clients. You will integrate science, technology, and business to accelerate timelines, improve quality, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage large multidisciplinary teams, guide pre-sales activities, develop strategic offers, and expand Capgemini’s footprint in key Swiss accounts, while maintaining strong client relationships and market

Qualifikationen

• Degree in life sciences or chemistry with quantitative focus.
• 10+ years in consulting or pharma, at least 3 years in pharma consulting.
• Deep pharma industry knowledge and strong market visibility.
• Solid programming fundamentals, data structures, and data flows.
• Excellent English; German or French (C1) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.

• Lead end-to-end digital strategy and transformation projects for pharma clients.
