TechFirm Information Systems is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to work on banking and wealth management projects from Geneva. You will gather requirements, write specifications, and support IT teams in multi-site cycles while ensuring smooth integration and testing processes.

We value strong SQL/API skills, experience with UX considerations, and a proactive, autonomous approach to complex data analyses. Swiss residency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in web applications.
• Expertise in analysis methodologies and workshop facilitation.
• Experience capturing requirements and identifying user personas.
• Strong UX focus, responsive web design, and optional mobile development.
• CRM and front office expertise; onboarding, KYC, and compliance knowledge.
• Wealth management knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Proficient with SQL and access to databases; API familiarity (JSON, XML, Postman, Swagger).

Aufgaben

• Gather and analyze client requirements and write functional specifications for Luxembourg development center.
• Support IT teams in Geneva during various cycles.
• Ensure integration tests through FATs/integration tests.
• Coordinate testing phases with end users.
• Provide level 3 production support.
