TechFirm Information Systems is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to work on banking and wealth management projects from Geneva. You will gather requirements, write specifications, and support IT teams in multi-site cycles while ensuring smooth integration and testing processes.

We value strong SQL/API skills, experience with UX considerations, and a proactive, autonomous approach to complex data analyses. Swiss residency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in web applications.
• Expertise in analysis methodologies and workshop facilitation.
• Experience capturing requirements and identifying user personas.
• Strong UX focus, responsive web design, and optional mobile development.
• CRM and front office expertise; onboarding, KYC, and compliance knowledge.
• Wealth management knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Proficient with SQL and access to databases; API familiarity (JSON, XML, Postman, Swagger).

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in gathering and analysing client requirements, and write detailed functional specifications needed for the development center based in Luxembourg.
• Support and assist the IT teams based in Geneva during various cycles.
• Ensure the proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility into the bank's overall information system by conducting FATs/integration tests.
• Support and coordinate testing phases with end users.
• Provide level 3 support in case of production incidents.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the conception and development of web applications.
• Excellent knowledge of various analysis methodologies.
• Strong expertise in designing and facilitating workshop series, capturing requirements, and identifying user personas.
• Affinity for user experience, web responsiveness, and, optionally, mobile development.
• Proven expertise in CRM and front office activities.
• Solid understanding of onboarding processes, KYC, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of wealth management practices.
• Dynamic and proactive in completing assigned tasks, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability to change.
• Ability to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Autonomy and capacity to independently analyze data from various systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, resilience under stress, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Proficient in SQL query languages and tools for accessing databases.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
• Familiarity with APIs, including the use of JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
• Residency in Switzerland is required.
