TechFirm Information Systems in Geneva seeks an experienced Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. You’ll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, support agile delivery and contribute to data governance initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years shaping requirements in IT environments, strong SQL and API understanding, and proven stakeholder facilitation skills, with EU/Swiss work eligibility for a Swiss permit.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements engineering and business process analysis.
• Proven experience working in Agile product organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with data-related initiatives (Client Data, Master Data, Reference Data, Data Quality or Data Governance).
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Good SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Good understanding of APIs and data integration patterns (batch, request/response, event-driven).
• Experience with tools such as Swagger, Grafana, IBM MQ and Kafka.
