Experis Schweiz is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on Client Relationship Management initiatives. The role combines project management and business analysis, with hybrid work options and exposure to CRM platforms within financial services.

You will gather requirements, model client and data relationships, define data ownership, and collaborate with architects and developers to deliver CRM improvements and data solutions. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management processes.
• Proven experience in client data management, data modelling and relationship modelling.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline
• 7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services
• Strong experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management processes
• Proven experience in client data management, data modelling and relationship modelling
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping and data migration activities
• Understanding of Customer Master Data / Golden Source concepts, data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience with business partner structures, client hierarchies and legal entity data
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and interfaces
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Knowledge of Client Onboarding, Sales, Client Coverage or Wealth Management processes is advantageous
• Communicates clearly across functions and cultures, influences decisions without formal authority, and navigates complex organisations to drive outcomes
• Quickly troubleshoots issues, applies sound judgement in controlled environments, and remains focused on delivery despite ambiguity or changing priorities
• Works independently and proactively in global teams, contributes to collaborative Agile ways of working, and maintains a team-first mindset to achieve shared goals
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage
