IBM Consulting in Switzerland is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support key credit applications projects within our Delivery Centers. You will work across banking domains to analyze business scenarios, define functional designs, and guide project teams through delivery.

You will liaise with stakeholders in English and French, ensure alignment with risk and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a high-quality IT solution in a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of IT Business Analysis experience in banking.
• Strong technical and functional skills on Credit projects.
• Swiss residency and bilingual in English and French.

The mission consists in performing the role of IT business analyst for key credit applications and projects

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Lead of IT Risk, Credit & ESG, the consultant will work on key credit applications projects.

BA Responsibilities

• Analyse business scenarios/cases and contribute to business requirements definition.
• Define Functional Design Specification.
• Manage vendor application relationship (software package).
• Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT point of view.
• Provide guidance for business analysts, developers, and testers assigned to the projects and ensure good project management practices are employed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios.
• This position will be based within the Application Operations service line.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Years of Experience: 10+ years (Senior level)
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with strong technical and functional skills on Credit projects
• Solid understanding of banking business processes
• Good operational experience in the implementation of various IT Credit projects
• Private banking experience is mandatory
• Swiss Residency is a must
• Fluency in English and French (written & spoken)

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Data Migration Knowledge: Experience with data migration rules and creating crucial components of systems design to support successful project implementation.
• Solution Delivery Expertise: Experience in delivering solutions that meet project requirements, with a focus on ensuring clear communication with stakeholders to prevent misunderstandings.
• Project Outcome Optimization: Experience with managing project outcomes, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
