Job summary

Indosuez Wealth Management in Geneva/Carouge is seeking a skilled Business Analyst focused on Credit Risk and Requirements Management. You will support credit reviews, monitoring, and governance while translating business needs into precise specifications for IT solutions across the Risk & Credit domain.

You will collaborate with agile squads, refine the backlog with the Product Owner, and help modernize risk processes and dashboards within the Wealth Management ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of credit management and credit risk processes in a banking environment.
• Good understanding of Credit Risk principles, controls and governance.
• Ability to work with data models, interfaces and integration requirements.
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of API-based and modern application architectures is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives related to credit reviews and renewal processes.
• Support credit monitoring and follow-up.
• Manage collateral and guarantee management.
• Monitor exposure and limits; ensure governance and controls.
• Document business rules governing credit decisions and controls.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, features, and user stories.
• Contribute to risk indicators, controls, and management dashboards.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and delivered solutions.
• Act as SME for Credit & Risk Management processes and systems.
• Participate in regulatory and internal risk reporting.
• Digitize workflows and drive process automation.
• Define business rules, decision matrices and control mechanisms.
