Zusammenfassung

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Middle/Senior Sales Manager based in Switzerland to drive growth in a link-building and content creation business. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across industries and develop strategic partnerships to expand revenue in international markets.

The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule, offering opportunities to participate in industry events 2–3 times per month during peak season and to collaborate

Qualifikationen

• Experience in consultative and value‑based selling.
• Strong prospecting and lead‑generation capabilities.
• Ability to define ICPs, qualify leads and identify opportunities.
• Experience with outbound sales strategies and personalized outreach.
• Strong pipeline management and commercial acumen.
• Proven negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outreach channels.
• Attend industry conferences, 2–3 events per month during peak season.
• Build and leverage a professional network to generate referrals and partnerships.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and revenue targets.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and decision processes.
• Prepare tailored proposals and communicate the value offered.
• Lead negotiations and balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Monitor performance, maintain CRM records, and forecast pipelines.
• Analyze market feedback to improve sales processes and messaging.
• Identify challenges and take ownership to support objectives.
