Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor based in Switzerland to drive commercial transformation for leading CPG clients. You will partner with senior executives to translate complex commercial challenges into actionable strategies spanning pricing, trade terms, and revenue growth, while coordinating with AI-enabled tech implementations.

This is a global, fully remote role with exposure to major brands.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting (Tier 1/2 or boutique) or equivalent leadership in CPG RGM/TPM.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client engagements and partnerships.
• Experience communicating with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in CPg commercial analytics, pricing, TPM, and RGM.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements with major CPG clients and senior executives.
• Identify commercial objectives across RGM and TPM, including pricing and promotional ROI.
• Translate challenges into platform requirements and actionable implementation plans.
• Facilitate market discovery sessions ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and KPIs.
• Partner with technical teams to validate solutions delivering real business value.
• Design client training programs using market data for end-user adoption.
• Develop methodologies and use cases to support value realization.
• Guide clients through analytics implementations to revenue growth.
• Structure 12–24 month value-extraction roadmaps with KPIs and impact tracking.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to grow consulting capabilities.
