Jobgether is seeking a Head of Sales - B2B for a fully remote role based in Switzerland. You will lead a high-performing sales team, shape the strategy, and oversee the entire pipeline from outreach to close, combining leadership with hands-on selling to drive revenue growth.

You will work directly with the founder, build scalable processes, develop talent, and optimize conversion rates in a performance-driven environment with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven B2B sales leader with agency or professional services background.
• Experience building and motivating a sales team.
• Strong closing skills and active involvement in deals.
• Experience managing sales pipelines with structured processes.
• Ability to translate KPI data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy and execution, build the team and performance framework.
• Lead setters and closers; manage the full sales pipeline from outreach to close.
• Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks and operating procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach sales professionals.
• Monitor key metrics like conversion rates and deal size; optimize conversion.
• Maintain a hands-on selling approach while leading by example.
• Collaborate with the founder to define and execute growth strategy.
