Job summary

Trust in SODA is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager for its Swiss team to lead client implementations of financial software and drive successful go-lives.

You will own projects from requirements through deployment, coordinating across investment management, finance, accounting and IT, and staying hands-on with platform configuration and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in banking, wealth management, asset management or financial technology consulting.
• Led system implementations, migrations or financial process digitalisation projects.
• Strong understanding of investment processes, financial instruments and portfolio reporting.
• Fluent German and English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Own client implementation projects, managing scope, budget, quality and delivery timelines.
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders across investment management, finance, accounting and IT.
• Translate business needs into prioritised requirements and practical solutions.
• Stay hands-on with platform configuration, working closely with technical teams on data migrations and integrations.
• Coordinate the migration and validation of financial data and historical records.
• Lead testing, go-live and stabilisation, managing change requests and client expectations.
• Deliver user training and help improve delivery processes and product functionality.

Senior Implementation Manager – Financial Software

Working arrangement:

Hybrid, approximately three office days per week

Trust in SODA is partnering with a financial software provider to hire a Senior Implementation Manager for its growing Swiss team.

You’ll lead complex client implementations, combining project ownership with practical platform work. This opportunity suits someone who understands investment processes and accounting, enjoys solving business and technical problems, and can guide clients from initial requirements through successful go-live.

What you’ll do

• Own client implementation projects, managing scope, budget, quality and delivery timelines.

What you’ll bring

• Substantial relevant experience in banking, wealth management, asset management or financial technology consulting.
• A track record of independently leading system implementations, migrations or financial process digitalisation projects.
• Strong understanding of investment processes, financial instruments and portfolio reporting.
• Sound knowledge of investment accounting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with the Swiss financial services market.
• Strong Excel skills and a structured, accurate approach to working with data.
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders, resolving delivery issues and coordinating multiple projects.
• German and English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• A relevant degree in finance, accounting, business, business informatics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience with investment software, project management certifications or agile delivery would be advantageous.
