Job summary

Trust in SODA is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant for its Zurich team. The role blends client interaction with technical work, including configuring software and ensuring successful implementations.

You will work with financial services clients, translate requirements into configurations, and support data interfaces while advancing in technology, finance, and client consulting. Hybrid office presence in Zurich is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in software implementation, application support or IT consulting.
• Strong Excel and structured data handling.
• Fluent German and English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate into platform configurations.
• Deliver onboarding projects using established methods and templates.
• Collaborate with migration specialists to validate data from source systems.
• Assist with data interfaces and feeds from external providers.
• Investigate issues and implement effective solutions.
• Test configurations and data to ensure reliable operation.
• Support user training and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Help automate recurring tasks and improve processes.
