Wiseman Family Office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementations for financial institutions and wealth management clients. The role is client-facing, hands-on, and requires ownership from initiation through go-live in a hybrid work setting.

The candidate should have 8+ years of PM experience, fluent Swiss German and English, and a proven track record delivering enterprise software, SaaS or on-premise, within financial services.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of project management experience in software implementations.
• Fluent Swiss German and English for senior stakeholder meetings.
• Experience as primary client-facing PM for enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and project governance.
• Experience managing budgets, risks and RAID logs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of client-facing software implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Lead planning, governance, budgeting and delivery across the SDLC.
• Manage senior stakeholders and steering committee meetings.
• Control scope, RAID, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate requirements, development, integration, testing, UAT and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and Implementation teams to align delivery with milestones.
• Identify delivery risks and manage escalations to protect timelines and relationships.
• Provide structured project reporting and updates to stakeholders.
