Job summary

Norion Partners seeks a Senior HR Specialist for a major organization in the Neuchâtel area. You will act as trusted advisor to management and employees on HR matters, supporting informed decisions and strategic people initiatives.

You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, payroll and HR administration, and ensure Swiss compliance across social security, pensions and insurance while delivering high-quality HR insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of HR experience in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and payroll.
• Broad HR expertise across employee lifecycle and related areas.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to management and employees on HR matters.
• Oversee employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and mobility.
• Advise on contracts, absences, compensation, and benefits per Swiss rules.
• Oversee payroll and HR administration ensuring compliance.
• Maintain records, prepare HR reports and provide insights.
• Contribute to HR projects on org development, engagement, and performance.
