Jobup in Sion (Valais) is seeking a Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) on a permanent contract with 40% workload. You will lead personnel administration, supervise the HR team, and ensure compliance with Swiss labour law, while collaborating closely with the Head of Personnel and Payroll Administration.

You bring at least 8 years of Swiss HR experience, a HRSE HR manager certificate or equivalent, and fluent French; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• HRSE HR manager certificate or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of personnel administration experience in Swiss companies.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law.
• Rigorous checking of legally relevant documents; supervise junior staff.
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written); German is an asset.
• Rigour, discretion, autonomy, proactivity, and organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Office and HR systems.

Aufgaben

• Join an HR team of 6 and collaborate with the Head of Personnel and Payroll Administration.
• Ensure administrative follow‑up of the employee life cycle (entries, exits, transfers, etc.).
• Supervise personnel administration and draft HR documents/letters.
• Manage and support the HR manager and HR assistant with document control.
• Guarantee the monitoring of work permits.
• Process absences in the HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with HR procedures.
• Provide occasional salary and social insurance support with the Head of Personnel and Payroll Administration.
• Be the reference for day-to-day HRIS operation and support managers/employees.
