Jobup in Switzerland is seeking an experienced HR Generalist who advises and supports managers and staff across the entire employee lifecycle, and partners with the HR Service Partner to implement HR processes in assigned business areas.

You will act as a contact for planning, organizational changes and challenging employee situations, contribute to HR projects, and help drive our culture in line with values and leadership principles.

Qualifikationen

• Solid education and training in HR management with several years’ experience.
• Solution-oriented, confident, honest, and trustworthy personality.
• Strong communication, empathy, and self-reflection.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes, project management, and major HR systems.
• Fluent in German and French; Italian skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Advise and provide operational and administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Implement HR processes with the HR Service Partner in designated areas.
• Serve as contact for personnel planning and organizational changes.
