You will drive recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and data-driven HR initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

You will mentor the HR team, implement best practices, and collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
