Job summary

Danaher seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-country payroll across EMEA, driving accuracy, compliance and risk management. You will harmonize processes, interpret evolving regulations, and provide expert guidance on complex calculations.

You will collaborate with global teams, optimize payroll workflows, and support system upgrades. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are advantageous. Remote work eligibility is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience, multi-country environment.
• Deep end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory knowledge.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP.
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multi-country payrolls across EMEA with high accuracy.
• Ensure local payroll compliance and timely filings.
• Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations.
• Audit payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate on system upgrades and standardized workflows.
• Document procedures and support harmonization milestones.
