Job summary

Dentsu in Zürich is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations for a multinational, matrix organization. You will work with external providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

The role requires 2+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations, and fluency in English. German or French is a plus, and familiarity with Dynamics 365 or Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience and accurate data handling.
• Knowledge of AHV, social insurances, and Swiss canton requirements.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 or Workday and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage core payroll execution with our external provider and internal People Services team.
• Support month-end activities including accruals, forecasting, and leadership presentation.
• Coordinate with Finance on cost allocation, tax and social contributions reconciliation.
• Handle statutory declarations and support audit activities with Swiss authorities.
• Process HR-related invoices and liaise with social insurance providers.
• Respond to escalated questions on salary calculations with internal stakeholders.
